These t-shirts make me want to learn French just so I can see what they are saying about them. I love their site design, the interactivity, and the model shots. I’m talking about Monsieur Eureka! because I can’t get enough of their t-shirt designs.

Okoto has a theme. At first I didn’t know what that theme was and then I started noticing that many of their shirts had a laid-back style with some green/ocean imagery. Couple those two characteristics with the surfer “type tees”, and the theme was beginning to take form…
Andy at Hide Your Arms just posted a funny little letter to the peeps at SpokenThreads asking them why they would choose to require membership for purchases? I think most of you will agree that selling tees on the interwebs can be hard enough without putting an obstacle at the front of your store/site.
Two posts ago I showed you some shirts from EIOK Clothing that featured a printing technique I think is cool. It is pretty inexact as far as consistency goes but the results can be spectacular. Here is an image showing just how easy that style of print can be executed…
I was just looking through some clothings lines and checking out their wears. I noticed quite a few of them had a similar look…but I couldn’t pinpoint it. I ran through a few more brands and found what I was looking for. Seems to me that crowns at the top of some text on a tee print might just be a new design trend.
Any brand named ExcessIsOk has a lot to live up to. Two things caught my eye when I was first introduced to their line by way of the French t-shirt blog Grafitee. The first was the balance of cool designs and some clever one-liners. There wasn’t a focus on one and not the other. The second thing was their use of colors. You’ve got to see the print color pattern….
Just when you think Johnny Cupcakes couldn’t possibly come up with another cupcake logo, they drop the Transformers tee on you. I am kind of left in awe. When looking at the artwork, considering I somehow made an 18 wheeler look very much like a cupcake. See the pic after the jump.
One of the design inspiration sites that I subscribe to is Design You Trust. The design mediums covered by this user driven artistic site cover a wide array ranging from photography, web design, paint things, and most importantly t-shirt design. You just knew that I was leading to t-shirt design.
